Shipping Policy

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 499. 
  • We charge a small fee on COD orders. On orders upto INR 499 we charge INR 75 and on orders above INR 499, we charge INR 50.
  • The Service has a delivery ETA of 5-7 days from the date of dispatch.
  • The products are generally dispatched from our warehouse by courier within 48 hours of the order being received.

All orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched the next day. All other orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. Applicable from Monday to Saturday Only*.

Order Deliveries Will Be Made Between

    • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
    • Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, the brand takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
    • Certain courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. This will need to be provided for completion of delivery. OTP will be sent to the number inputted at time of placing the order.
    • AyurVridhi is not responsible for damage after delivery.
    • For all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of the day of delivery.
    • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
    • *Orders placed on Sunday will be dispatched within 48 hours.

    • International Orders

    For deliveries outside India:

    - Your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / VAT / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.
    - Check the tentative Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / VAT / other applicable government taxes here.
    - These charges will have to be paid by the consignee. The brand is not liable to pay them under any circumstances.
    - The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value do not include these charges.
    - If the consignee refuses to pay the liable shipment custom charges upon its arrival in the destination country the brand will deduct complete shipping and return duty charges from the consignee’s order value while processing the refund.
